The entry to Chateau Fuisse. Bigger and richer in style on the nose. Just a touch funky on the palate. Lots of acidity but also kinda fat. a weird match.

Apple, pear, lemon and saline. Ripe and creamy mid-palate. Finishes with good length. Well balanced acidity. Served with filet of sole and herb butter.

Funny, already smells tired. Or over oaked. But kinda tired on the pallet too. Served a touch warm. At $25 its over.

Apple, pear and lemon peel. Soft mid-palate with good depth. Long finish. Well balanced. Served with chicken soup.

Nice, quaffable BB. Apple, pear, lemon, and a bit of white pepper - good texture but fairly simple. A hint of honey on the end.
