  -translucent pale gold green grey
  -reduction sweet and slightly exotic white fruit caramel oak
  -med acidity, med/med- weight mineral bitter burnt caramel focused

  mineral driven with preserved lemon, yellow apple, crushed nuts, struck match, and a touch of herbs. showed best with 4 hours of air. almost pushing into high acidity. the cellar will be friendly to this one. HOLD
