  A rather unexpected showing and a very good bottle. This was a library release from 2018 so had a new cork and very good fill so was confident it would be in good shape.
  The condition truly belied it’s age and I would have thought it more an 80s or even 90s version. No petrol or that really old dusty Riesling smell or taste. Light enough in colour and surprisingly young on the palate.
  Drank at a restaurant with other half so no notes but still sweet and very approachable. This would keep well for some time. I wonder how sweet it was originally !
  
  My only bottle which was a shame as would have liked other Riesling enthusiasts to taste this.
