  Such a great Champagne for the price! Straight forward clean crisp green apple and just a slight bit of yeast. Some salinity and apple skin but just a touch. Always enjoy this producer.

  Ensamblaje de Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier y Pinot Noir. Dossage: 5 gr. azucar/l. Fecha de degüelle: 09/2019. Procede de Ludes, municipio Premier Cru de la montaña de Reims. Pajizo con destellos dorados. El champagne muestra un perfil fresco, dominado por lo matices de fruta blanca, algún apunte floral y un fondo de fruta roja fresca. Pan tostado y mantequilla ligera en segundo plano. En boca tiene buen ataque, burbuja pequeña, notable frescura, cierta mineralidad, suaves amargos y bastante longitud.
