  Golden yellow, stewed apple and toasty notes on the nose, feels quite tart yet at the same time there is no shortage of sweetness arising from a core of juicy red apple skins. Checking the label it is no surprise to see 50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay and 5g/L dosage. A decent effort but not going to set anyone's world on fire, although probably needs a couple of years to settle down. NV 2016 base and disgorged 2020
