  • Well, if you like old champagne, this one is for you. Deep straw colour. Strong aromas of sherry, oxidized fruit and some honey. Still some bubbles, but they disappear after a few seconds. Full bodied, very high acidity, almost tannic. Long aftertaste dominated by oxidized fruit and dry wood. I find it more interesting than good, but it is aleays exciting to taste how wines evolve. Shoul have neen drunk 10 years ago.
