This was all oak and alcohol on night one, even with several hours of air. It was still tasty, but was more like a Ribera del Duero than a Priorat.
Night two was much better. Very interesting twist on Grenache. I saw a Vinous review afterward that recommended waiting until 2026. Maybe that would tone down the wood. Otherwise just open it up on night one and let it sleep it off before trying on night two.
