Nose: Spice, pepper, balsamic, charoset. Red apple, vinous.
Palate: Soft tannins, moderate acidity, full bodied. The notes from the nose carry over along with a big bunch of mint/eucalyptus. Lightly meaty. Prune, cherry.
Finish: Lingering dryness. Meat, prunes, red apple skins.

In a word: stunning. Decanted for three hours. Dried blackberries, dried blueberries, dried rosemary, rose petals and granite. Full in terms of body and gliding along with fervor. Velvety tannins and cut, with an elegant edge. When Amarone is elegant, there’s nothing like it. A pure joy that will cellar with panache. Unfolds nicely. Drink 2025 -2040.

Quite sharp in the beginning but decanted it for several hours. After decanting it was more open but still quite heavy on the tannins.
On the nose it was on the sharper side alcohol wise.
On the palate it was coating the mouth nicely and the after taste lingered for quite a while.

Decently priced Amarone. Could stand some cellar time.
