  Clear, pale brass with white rim, and a wide joined up slow-moving tears
  Clean, low intensity with aromas of pineapple, banana, treacle, marmalade, camomile, and quince
  Dry, med- to light body, med- alcohol, light acidity, no tannins, with further tastes of lemon curd, alfalfa, and a hint of olive oil. Decent finish and could pair with almost anything.
