  • Lovely pale gold champagne with complexity and length. Biscuit, brioche and toast on the nose, yellow fruits on the palate. Yellow apple, fresh and candied lemon peel, hints of vanilla and cedar, and a chalky mineral and rich toast finish. A mouth watering linear acid line pulls this wine together and along the palate. Big flavours that are kept in balance by the lovey acidity and lovely minerality. Delicious and leaves you wanting another glass.
