  Ingen tegn på nedgangstider i denne.
  Vital og nydelig på duft.
  Flott frukt, støvete mineralitet, et lite krydderdryss med et strøk floralitet.
  Perfekt mousse.
  Pen frukt i anslaget med begynnende modning.
  Fresh med fin energi og god lengde.
  Veldig kul vin. 93p

  My 10th, last, and perhaps best bottle. All have been a joy. Fruity nose, restrained fine bubbles. Pear and nectarine on the palate, carrying on to a fine finish. Opulent in character. No reason to hold I think.

  SLDS October 2021: April 2013 disgorgement. Vanilla, lemon, slate, orange and white floral notes . Pure fruit and clean acid line, has that Cedric Bouchard signature energy and vibrancy. Have had this 5 times now and it's just consistently delicious.

  Champagne qui possède un beau fruité. Long et droit. Je m'attendais à plus avec des notes de noisettes et crème pâtissière. Néanmoins de belles bulles fines. 90 sur 100.
