This is what I remember Sauvignon Blanc to be back in the day. Not a citrus bomb but nicely balance herb, a little mowed grass, just a hint of cat pee. Wish I had more

The palate confirms the aromas. Medium plus to high acidity on the palate. The finish is long and briny, reminiscent of shellfish. Excellent quality for the price.

Interesting Sauvignon from Chablis. Nothing special but in a bar with something to eat it is a nice drink.
