Recommended by the sommelier at Whey in HK to enjoy with our entire meal. Although I originally had my doubts because the menu seemed to be more fish and seafood heavy, I thought that it was an excellent recommendation due to the dishes being of bolder flavors.
Ripe red berries, luscious cherry, raspberry, and floral notes. Earthy undertone with incense, plums, and red fruit. The wine had good vivacity and acidity to complement the food with enough depth and sophistication to be enjoyed throughout the evening. Overall, I thought it was very enjoyable!

This really drinks well right now.I am sure that with time it will put on more weight butI appreciate it and it’s youth.
