My clear favorite from Piedmont right now, Mauro Veglio. Still available, wonderful acidity and fruit, perfect for homemade pizza. Will of course be even better in 5 - 10 years.

Once again returning to my (now) favorite Italian wine region!
Deep, opaque ruby in color, it is interesting to note that the depth of color hasn't faded yet, which is a good indicator of its youth. This wine has a lovely floral nose ripe with notes of cherry and a bit of earth. Upon sipping you are met with gripping tannins. And I mean gripping! The acidity is, however moderate, and the flavor profile has ripe cherry, black plum, more earth and some leather. The finish is quite long and dry and sees some blackberry notes creep in there as well. The retronasal smell is a bit more fruity, suggesting some dark fruits in place of the original fresh cherry notes.
The tannins are a bit much at this stage and they are a bit overpowering, but this is hardly surprising for such a young Barolo. I can see this aging very, very well. Give it another 10 years and this wine will be solid gold!

Grilled fresh sausages with a bulgur salad, a few different Bea to this. Really good and available already now, decanted for two hours. Perfect for the food, good combo of acid and fruit. Drink or hold

l'Insieme Tour Graz 2019: Very tannic Barolo, black tea flavors, elegant juicy texture, a hint of bitterness on the finish. Needs time and should develop well. - 90+ points
