  Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling
  Screw cap. Clear, medium lemon color. Clean, medium+ intense, youthful-developing nose with some herbs, stone fruit, fine floral notes and lots of slate. Fresh and nice.
  On the palate Mosel dry, high, almost racy acidity, 12% abv. Beautiful zesty notes, very mineral, lots of lemon, very juicy. Nice grip, tension and energy. Medium, zesty, fruity finish. Potential for at least 5+ years. 89+ Very good PQR.

  Medium lemon appearance. Medium nose. Aromas of apple, lime, jasmine, peach. Palate is dry with high acidity. medium alcohol. Medium - body. Medium flavour intensity / medium finish. Flavours of lime, ripe apple, nectarine, very slight green note. Quality is good - very nice but a little one dimensional and not particularly long on the finish.

  Pear, pear drop, lime, wet stones, white flowers. Vibrant ripe fruit on the palate. Medium - body. A slight sense of sweetness on the finish with honey and slate minerality. Medium + acidity.

  Pale lemon colour.
  
  Reduced on the nose with aromas of citrus and apple.
  
  On the palate high acidity, light body, medium finish.
  
  Took a lot of air to blow most of the reduction off.
