  Still early in its drinking window we decided to decant for 4+ hours. This is a big, bold cabernet blend. Nose of blackberry jam, stewed plum, strawberry, raspberry, cigar box, cedar, chocolate, menthol, cinnamon and forest floor. Full-bodied, with high alcohol, medium+ acidity and firm, grippy tannins that suggest this wine has many years of life ahead. Flavours of prune, plum and blueberry pie. Finish is flavourful, fruity and almost sweet with a hint of maple. Will try again in 3 years. 91+
