Dark red with a little fading. Doesn't leave a clean mark on the glass when swilled. Lots of warm black fruits on the nose with some toasty oak. Complex palate where blackcurrant meets some coffee and green pepper. Quite vegetal. Structured, with plenty of acid and tannin remaining, perhaps a little too much warmth?
