  TN: Fine, delicate nose with some smoke, citrus. Not very concentrated but quite pleasant. On the palate full of finesse, delicate citrus, fine chalky minerality, good freshness but missing concentration and more complexity. Quite complete.
  
  Decanting: Not decanted, I would give it a good hour in a decanter.

  At a restaurant in Dijon. Brief notes only. Lemon citrus and grilled citrus fruit along with fine buttery notes and bakery flavors. Mostly citric palate with tactile acidity and tension. Enjoyable and accessible, but probably not much potential to the upside.

  Nose of lime blossom and Kaffir, sea breeze, acacia blossom, faint trace of spice, wet clay.
  Lime juice and lemon with a hint of young pineapple and some buttery nuances on the palate which has quite a pungent, flinty, saline mineralite. Very nice.
