  醒酒一个半小时，深紫红色，闻香有浓郁桉树味，黑加仑和水果糖的香气。入口酸度中高，酒液咸，收口甜，单宁细腻，些许桉树混合着红黑果香，口感丝滑，酒体饱满，喝起来很享受，风格现代，有着典型的澳洲酒特征，又保持了不错的结构，没有过甜过热的倾向，细腻而又平衡，一份难能可贵的优雅。随着醒酒时间的增加，桉树叶的味道和青椒味更加明显，但口感始终很平衡，状态持续爬升，到结束也没达到顶点，一款年份很新，还没进入适饮期的酒，现在喝起来也已经非常愉悦，还有漫长的时间可以让它变得更加成熟。

  Huge lovely bastard of a wine. Black cherry, plum, liquorice, smoke, texturally spot on, approachable with about 15 mins in the glass. Everything is dialled up to 11, it's not subtle, but it's very tasty and most certainly new world in style. Drink or hold.

  Needs a lot of air…
  Bit hot on an alcoholic firm tan finish…
  Certainly not worth the price tag….

  Decanted for 5 hours. Tannins were a bit harsh, but decanting softened them really nicely. Purple colour, nice nose. Great with with wagyu entrecote.

  Not subtle enough. The integration is going ok but it's a bit monolithic vs what I hoped was a more nuanced mix
