Angelica wine club - Sommelier matching (Strand Cellars, Croydon): Served blind. Prunes, plums, raisins, caramel, slightly saline elements, aniseed tends to tarragon. In the mouth it's all salty prunes and aniseed, lusciously sweet. Bit of a beast for the dessert. I guessed this as Toro Albala PX 1990 (there aren't many producers importing into Australia so it was an educated guess to be fair)
