Nose is more restrained and obviously from a cooler year, exhibitting mocha and dark fruits. It lacks the obvious spiciness of the 2004 Serafiel. Medium bodied and more elegant. The acidification seems a bit over done. Tannin is, again, surprisingly fine grained and unobtrusive.
