Krotida Wine Trip to Priorat & Barcelona; 9/29/2019-10/2/2019: The wine is a blend of 70% Garnatxa and 30% Carignan, 15 months in oak, grapes harvested from vineyards 550-710m altitude The wine shows high intensity and density in the nose, rich aroma, red fruit, mineral, the oak is more upfront than the Loidana tried before, nutty and spicy The wine is smooth in the palate, very fresh still, mineral, sweet spices, medium tannins, the fruit rounds it up, more interesting, long finish

1/6/2022 - Pmsmitty22 Does not like this wine:
This may have needed more time in the cellar. Tart, sharp, acidic, and alcohol taste. Decent oaky notes.

Priorat wine fair 2019 (and related events); 5/2/2019-5/9/2019 (Tarragona and various places in Priorat): This one was much more to my liking than the Loidana. It has stuffing and is a very likeable wine.
