  Medium, youthful, floral, bright trace of coffee behind a core of forest fruit and cherry. Taste polished and balanced, although lacking the earthiness of its Italian cousins. Easy drinking and enjoyable.

  Not great standalone due to relatively high acid but better with lasagne. Medium ruby color.

  Sangiovese, great lighter red wine, this is a quaffer by all means, in a good way. great food wine. Supple fruit and while Dry, some nice acidity to give it some backbone. but I'm thinking drink by 2025. solid table wine value in the $25-ish range
