I really do like these wines. It coats the mouth in a way similar to oaked Chardonnay, but more gentle and subtle, and this wine is made in stainless steel. It may be the result of prolonged time on the lees. There is tremendous acidity and pretty yellow fruit, perhaps melon and quince. Similar penetrance to Sauvignon Blanc, but much more to my taste, leaning more towards Chenin Blanc. Drink or hold.

This is intensely aromatic, boasting ripe pear, lemon zest, bread dough, white flowers and vanilla. The palate is lively, with high acid. The wine finishes with a silken texture and more pronounced floral notes.

My first taste of Romorantin. Lovely texture, high acid, green apple, lemon rind, long. Delicious
