From 75cl, DIAM5 closure. Best directly after opening, deteriorated over subsequent 90 minutes, losing its aromatic potency and the verve of Graves sauvignon blanc, and descending into a flabby semillon hole. Food pairing is key. I previously recommended this with salmon and garlic; tonight this overpowered lotte à l'americaine and garlic bread—and once that was finished, the final glass was dreadfully cloying. One bottle to go, oh dear. Poor value at 30 EUR/70cl, won't rebuy. 87–88P

Rather delicate and balanced. Hints of nutmeg. Some oak, but not much. Not very mineral. Nose is not "flashy". Not in your face but rather subdued. (is it because I've got it too cold?). I don't think this wine should be consumed right from the fridge, - rather let it warm up a bit - then it opens up a bit. Not bad. But not great either.

Harmonious Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blend, I thought there might be higher alcohol or weight due to 2018 vintage however this is in good shape. pear, good lemon acidity, great length. 13.5% ABV, Diam. Might hold for the short term however is drinking well now.

From 75cl, DIAM5 closure. More heavy and sullen than last autumn (TN 19.09.2022), this feels like it's fully mature and perrhaps nearing a point where it becomes just heavy, not impressively weighty. Drink up now-2025? 89P

Belle profondeur, un peu trop d'amertume. Bien.
