End of the rosé season (?) with this slightly disappointing cru classee. Fresh red fruit and peach with a modest bunch of spices and minerals. It’s all there but no magic or fireworks like I once encountered in their Provence White.’

A light copper with hints of pink ( oeil de perdrix?) , with definite glycerous legs in the glass. There is a medium nose of white flowers, sea shells, Watermelon, peach puree, marzipan, strawberries, vanilla and rhubarb.Acidity is still medium , with flavours of dry peaches and saline orange, leading into a long finish of dry chalky salinity. A good accompaniment to food, I just don't feel the love for this wine - just too austere and joyless. Maybe, another year will soften the hard edges?

Pale Provencal onion-skin pink in apprarance, the nose shows white flowers, peach, flintiness, and warm red berries. Bone dry with some hints of tannin, and medium plus acidity, there are flavours of unripe peach, grapefruit, redcurrants, and Maraschino cherriies , with a dry mineral finish. A refreshing wine for food but uncompromisingly dry and acidiic , making it less suitable to drink on its own. Maybe it will soften a little next year.

Time in cellar has helped round out flavor profile. Drinking well now.

A tad astringent but aside from that, traditional rose. Pink/ orange in color.
