Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 90 points

  • Red fruit and dried herbs and a certain liveliness that you get from the Sangiovese. Medium bodied with the palate not quite standing up to the alcohol and acidity at this point. Has good structure, and the tannins are integrating. Could probably hang onto this for a while longer.

Revision: this started drinking nicely roughly 2 hours after we opened the bottle. Acidity cooled off and tannins integrated. Let it breathe.

    Medium ruby color
Pronounced nose, dark cherry, cranberry, and dried herbs
Dry wine, high acidity, high tannin, high alcohol, full body
Pronounced palate, bright red fruit, almost strawberry and dried herbs
    Medium finish
