Pop and pour. In the glass, pale yellow and very clear. On the nose, lemon, parsley, and a faint note of smoke. On the palate, full bodied with a pleasant level of acidity, and more citrus and floral notes than implied by the aromatics, with a clean, focused finish.

Fun with Hyde: Light yellow in color and medium in body, the DuMOL is all about its core - an intense, uncoiled mass that both feels like something waiting to unfold, and sometimes feels like a sour drop that refuses to melt in your mouth. Aromas of lemongrass, pineapple, and saline, with a hint of pecan that wasn’t present in the Massican. Flavors of orange peel, honeydew melon, and pecan, with a round and piercing finish. 14.4% alcohol. 93 for now, with upside in another 6-12 months as it continues to unfold. This wine needs more time. 93+ at the moment.

Wow, absolute great expression of a Chardonnay. We are absolutely in love with Burgundy wines and have been in love with the DuMOL Chardonnay.
