  Drank in a restaurant, it is a very pleasant wine with food and immediately accessible from the bottle.

  tasted over a couple of days. the profile reminded me of a ripe chenin. nose dominated by quince notes. The palate is opulent but manages to keep some freshness, almost full body and lingering. Some bitterness at the end, quinine like. good but a little too rich for me.

  Minerally nose of raw almonds, with a minerally mid-palate that exudes bitter notes of quinine and some spice on the ending. Some white stone fruit comes out as well. Unique.
