Seymour Wine Club Meeting 2/15/20 (Home of the Alapatt's): Tasted blind. Aromas of honey, mineral and citrus on the nose of this. More citrus, mineral, slate on the palate with just a touch of sweetness. Ends with a 15-20 second mineral driven finish. Was a bit stumped with this wine. Thought it was the wine I brought at first but the next wine was mine so that could not be. Settled on a California Chardonnay but I knew that was wrong. I gave this 90 points and it finished second on the night.

Seymour Wine Club Meeting 4/27/19 (Home of Lew Stanio): Tasted blind. This had a aromas of mineral, apple, and citrus. Bit flinty as well. Flavors of apple, pear, mineral and slate. Ended with a 20 second finish. This reminded me of a dry Riesling in a way. Happy that I got the grape right on this one. Very nice Summer wine. I gave this 90 points and it finished 6th on the night.

Clear, pale and bright when poured into the glass, this straw-hued Albarino brings notes of honeysuckle, pear, dill and a hint of almond. Delicate but confident on the palate.

Nearly translucent straw in color. Fresh grass, pear, honeysuckle on the nose. Dances lightly across the palate, with violet appearing on the finish. Enjoyed very chilled, a delight.

Straw infused with light green hue, grass and a stoney, mineral hint on the nose. Bright on the palate.
