This bottle is much better than last one that I had two years ago. Balanced with smooth tannins, red fruits, pepper, and cigar box. Finish is long with fineness and elegance as opposed to ripe and jammy hot climate Australian reds.

Dark purple core with a dirty hue. Hot aroma does tend to take over the other smells. Palate is smooth, dark chocolate, plum, blueberry. Fine dusty tannin, balanced acidity, full bodied. Great wine with or without food.

Had an off taste. Alcohol on nose. Honestly I've never had a 'bad' AUS Shiraz but this one was the closest thing, at least bottle 1 of 2. Holding out...
Very dark, black core purple hue. Aroma of pepper, concentrated black berries, cashews, a mixture of sweetness and varnish. Full body, tannins are smooth and perfectly integrated, acidity is well balanced leading to a smooth even profile full of fruit. Sweet plum, blueberry, milk chocolate. Hard to find anything wrong with this wine. Night 2 was better then the first but the whole wine is so well integrated and balanced.
