Raising and stewed plum. Sweet profile is mot balanced with quite enough acid, so becomes cloying. Missing some freshness and vibrancy. Fruit character is nice and it finishes long.

Drank this after the Coopers Creek Riesling Late Harvest.
Wanted to use this wine to showcase and compare the differences between a riesling late harvest (NZ) and cabernet franc ice wine (Canada), but the audience were unanimous in deciding which wine was better.
The wine is definitely is its maturity stage and displayed notes of herbal, medicinal tastes. Colour is dark reddish-brown, and the finish is surprising short for a dessert wine approaching 10 years in age.

Had this as the third and final wine at my friend's house warming dinner.
This is the third bottle I drank from this collection.
The colour is brownish-red, showing signs of aging in the bottle. Nose shows nectar and peaches, and the taste provided sweetness from fruits such as tangerine and peaches. An impressively long finish.
This wine pairs well with sweet desserts and cakes.

Very close to perfection. Rich, intensive taste with lots of raisins, rhubarb and cherries. Worked like à charm with chocolat fondant and strawberries.

Excellent! Tons of sweet strawberry and red cherry. Thick and rich. Sweet, but not out-of-line with what an ice wine should be. If scoring 91-93.
