This wine is nearly clear with just a tint of straw coloring. It has notes of green tea and tart apples with a hint of mango on the nose. Green apple, pear and a touch of lime across the pallet with pleasant lime acidity and medium finish. Not a lot of flavors or depth, but it is a very drinkable wine.
Paired nicely with grilled pork tenderloin with sautéed onions and pears. Served chilled straight from the refrigerator. I’d be reluctant to pair this wine with anything that has stronger flavors like citrus, vinegar, tomato or garlic because thewine’s flavors will be muted.

PnP, chilled. A very "New Zealand-like" sauvignon blanc from Sonoma County. The back label claims that this wine is a blend of grapes harvested from both warm and cool regions. Seems to me that the cool regions won out. On the nose was grass and gooseberry. The same flavors showed on the medium to minus palate, along with only a touch of grapefruit, juicy acidity, and maybe (just maybe) a touch of oak. Not built for long aging so drink up.

Just ok. A bit off on the finish.

At a restaurant patio sipping this. A little flabby. Melon and green apple upfront, with a little bitter lime zest on the finish. Thin.
