From mag (which I think is the only way they bottle this - I understand it's the Special Club bottling). Pale yellow. Toasty-lactic nose, pears and yeast. A lovely midpalate here with lots of autolysis. Vanilla sweetness counterbalances lemony acids. Long and pretty, hold.

Skurnik Tasting (Prince George Ballroom in NYC): It's funny, but always feels like champagne tastes better out of magnum and this was no different. Really delicious. Something to lay down for quite some time.
