Top notch. I have the fortune of having Peter Michaels and/or Aubert Chardonnay most Friday nights (thanks J&S!) and this is right up there with them. A bit fuller than a previous bottle. Tropical fruit, caramel (after warming up), good acidity.

Always an elegant pour. I've had quite a few vintages of this and it is always excellent. Mid weight Chardonnay with pear, candied lemon, some citrus zest.

Really drinking well -- my wife is more of a California Chard fan than I am, but the oak and butter notes are just right in this well-structured wine with lots of lemon up front as well.

Dutton-Goldfield's Rued Chards are always great. Don't chill them too heavily, better when they warm up a bit in the glass. A little bit of light tannin, still young today.

Certainly more rich and layered than the Dutton and really showcases how Russian River Chardonnay is textured. More quince and tropical fruit notes along with vanilla tart and creme Brule filled the palate with sweet spices and a round finish.
