The electric green note to it. The Western Bird Recovery Project. Western Bird is different than the Eastern. Pinot, Riesling, MT, Chard and early Muscat, traditional method. Triage for one year. Fresh, fruity is the idea. Nice and fresh and it hits the spot. Dosage of 8. Funny, that rather works it out. Nice dry extract to it as well.

The Second Annual Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $28. A proprietary assemblage of multiple white varietals. Really light in color, quite candied on the nose. A bit sweet, but I would be perfectly happy with this at my wife’s niece’s wedding. Very Good. 87-89 Points. thedrunkencyclist.com

Clear, pale lemon color with fine bubbles. Medium- intensity, developing aromas of red apple skin, vanilla, sultana, clove. Medium- body, medium acidity, dry with medium+ intensity flavors of yellow apple, pear, clove, sultana, sour yogurt. Creamy mousse, with medium+ length flavors and medium alcohol. Very good.
