Open this in a group wine tasting as a pop and pour. Did not have enough time to develop. Not rated. Definitely great bones, but it needs at least an hour decant.

A pre-50 pre Birthday Celebration; 6/9/2023-6/11/2023 (Around Zurich Area): Served blind. Went with Chablis Grand Cru 15yrs old.. Impressive as always Raveneau at this level and the wine felt more evolved than a 5yr old in the sense that oak was fully assimilated and the fruit was developed. Vibrant still of course , firm and with an elegance across . A beautiful wine that proves the love affair we have with them. 96-97

Opened at the All-Star Dinner by Zachy's in HK. P&P, with some bottle breathing. Small glass sample.
Unfortunately, this felt like infanticide. Very good juice but it just needs more time to unfurl properly. Very crisp and zesty, bursting with energy and tension on the palate, as befitting of Chablis, but some of the more rounded chardonnay notes (butter, popcorn, toastiness etc.) were lacking.
I'd hold this and revisit in 5+ years. It can definitely handle it. Scored as it is today, but definite upside.

Very youthful and bright. Not showing much complexity just yet, at this stage it’s quite lovely but not really drinking like it’s priced. Would hold these for now.
