  Drank at Copake this past weekend. Nose of tropical fruit, vanilla and lemon merangue. Medium to full bodied, lots of honey, some beeswax, and citrus flavors. Some butter and toast as well. Still a bit oaky, but not to a level as to interfere with enjoyment of this wine. I like this producer's unfiltered chard.

  코르크 상태도 너무 양호하고
  살짝 묵직한M+정도의 바디감
  너무 쨍하지 않고 그렇다고 플랫하지도 않은 M+ 산도
  첫잔부터 완전 취향저격~~
  
  향에서는 청사과 자몽 꿀 아카시아가 메인이라면
  팔렛에서는 버터, 브리오슈 쌉싸름한 미네랄리티
  시간이 지나면서 열대과실향도 올라오고
  풍미가 여러 레이어들로 켜켜이 느껴지면서
  마시는 동안 잔의 향도 풍성하고 준수한 피니쉬까지
  
  화알못이지만 최근 마신 화이트보다는
  한체급 위라는건 알 수 있을만큼 괜찮은 녀석이다

  Tasted at European cellar temperature without decanting first. Immediate notes of apples, almonds, and light to medium oak. Tasted with Rush Creek Reserve cheese (from Uplands), not an ideal pairing but decent. After about 5-10 minutes, I get some lovely tropical fruit and lychee aromas. Sweet mouthfeel, but not a sweet wine. Steely aftertaste. Although this wine does not have a specific memorable character to it, it's quite good. I agree with prior notes that cite the balance: very drinkable, smooth Chardonnay.
