Straw coloured, lot of different notes in the nose and taste. Mainly gooseberry, apple and honey. Strong but still well integrated acidity, medium finish. Good wine but doesn't justify the price.

Agree with Ben Christiansen. Softer than your typical Sancerre, which for me usually has sharp acidity and grapefruit notes. Good, not great. Better wine for better value elsewhere.

Quite pronounced on the nose. With some grassy aromatic notes to it as well. Crisp and chalk on the palate. Linear and direct.

Soft and round on the palate. Rich stuff. At $40 its a bit over but there it is.
