Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 93 points

  • Deep dark fruit, sweet spices, graphite, menthol, licorice, also some tobacco. It‘s full-bodied, dense and powerful, with medium acidity and medium-high tannin that is a little rough around the edges and a touch drying. Long finish. A wine that might still need some more time to come around, but there is also that level of extraction and dryness of tannin that is worrying me a little. It might integrate but it might also dry out before that tannin is integrated.
