Drank it with Christmas dinner. Bottom of Cork crumbled. Lovely rich Pinot notes on nose, opened out once exposed to some air. Elegant flavours, with some cherry fruit and some structure on palate, combining into a rounded whole. Comments from around the table included “lovely”, “that’s quality” and “are there bits of cork floating there?”.
