  After the mystery of the previous bottle, we swiftly drank our final bottle. This was much more of the expected acidity and grassiness but in a somewhat subdued way. Drink up

  Well this was interesting- okay the wine is 3 years old now but the evolution from the last few bottles was startling. Gone was the grassy acidity, my wife thought it was a Chardonnay. Off bottle? Maybe, but no obvious sign of cork taint or other ill. The next/last bottle will be interesting as well.
