  Pale lemon.
  
  Pronounced intensity on the nose with grass, green bell pepper, passion fruit, lemon, blossom and wet stone. Youthful.
  
  Pronounced and dry on the palate. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium plus finish.
  
  Delicious wine. Entirely different to the wild sauvignon, more crisp and fresh. Drink now.
