Delicious Morgon - decent fruit, medium tannin, would recommend to serve straight from the fridge and let it warm up in the glass. A bargain that will go several more years.

N: Ripe straws with a floral component, hints of cherries & a distinct mineral component
P: Rndish entry; LM body; Nice, almost swtish frt met by a counterbalancing, ZESTY acidity which seamlessly transitions into a fairly LONG, pleasantly balanced, tangy/SWT finish. Performed equally well solo & with food.
// Day 2: Equally pleasant aromatically; P also nicely ~ Day 1, acidity POSS a TAD > assertive vis-a-vis the frt, though not even REMOTELY a problem. Once again, worked well both solo & with food.
// Day 3: Seemed to have held acceptably, though tough to say for certain as the night's Beef Chili with Beans was a challenging match for it.
// ∑: A *solid* EXC- (90,91/100 using that metric) regardless of price, my EXC given the $12.99 pd for this lighter bodied food wine on 10/26/21. Would have repurchased, though as Costco was out my next trip there... 😕 12.5% ABV

In-Store Tasting (Some really bad wines) (Bloomington, MN): Very drinkable for $17 a bottle. Cherry, earth, spice, minerals, floral and a touch of smoke on the finish. Medium plus and enjoyable on the pop and pour.

Un Morgon assez tannique et peu fruité, mais encore jeune. Faudra p-ê attendre. Nez interessant, mais oui assez dure et astringent.
