  Drinks at Wimborne. Tasted blind.
  Appearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of Pinot strawberry, bright red cherries, stony minerality. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), sticky medium tannins, medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of spices, bright red cherries, strawberry, stony minerality background. Long spicy finish.
  Very good quality. Good Burgundian Pinosity - something I find lacking in quite a number of other 2018s. Well done. Will go on to age well.
