  刚开始香气还不是很开放，但已经能看出饱满的体态。菠萝凝乳或菠萝香精、略带氧化的苹果等果味，随后有杏仁露、栗子蓉和香草的味道，果味有些被压制，中后段还有绵沙的矿物感。在醒酒后还出现一点肉感和皂感。入口结构中，集中度比较高，酒体结实紧致，酸度较高且集中，质地较重且绵密，具有肌肉感的线条以及澄清感，但缺乏爽朗和清新感。熟菠萝、菠萝罐头、苹果和柑橘的味道，通体浸润着咸味，酚类物质多，在舌面形成一阵细微的酥麻，中后段有些绿豆沙、栗子蓉、香草、矿物和白色烟雾的效果，收尾有些细细的粉质感。90/100

  All the wines have been raised without air so hence the smoke and reduction. Really matchstick and reductive here. A touch softer in the mid than the villages. Lots of dry extract. Long finish but light. I hate to say bulky but there it is.
