  Made from a blend of Vinhao, Pedral, Brancelho and Borracal. Pale ruby colour. Cherry, redcurrant, violets and some spice on the nose. Light palate with the fresh cherry flavours coming through against some fine tannins, slight astringency in the short finish. Good if uncomplicated. Rather like its branco cousin, this tinto works well as a refreshing palate livener.
