There was a vibrant scent of lemon squares and powdered sugar with a light twinge of minerallity hanging around in the background. In the mouth there was a nice weight and mout-feel to this as flavors of minerals, lemon, pie crust, and other citrus flavors danced across the palate. Absolutely lovely...
