Barrel Tasting at Domaine Hudelot-Noellat (Vougeot): Pre malo barrel sample. Very clearly of Vosne with hallmark spice and black tea accenting the sweet round fruit. Seems on the mark for a Village level wine.

Burgundy, Day 2 (Beaune, France): Barrel sample. Clearly shows Vosne spice characteristics, with a dark-fruited, spicy profile. The tannins feel coarse and raw right now.
