Decanted 2.5 hours before service. In the glass, dark youthful purplish-maroon. On the nose, plums, raspberries, oak, and a hint of pepper. On the palate, saturated red and black fruit, fresh ground pepper, and a bit of dried herbs, coupled with a smooth texture and fine tannins. This is entirely approachable right now with airtime.
